California Privacy Rights Supplement

Effective Date: August 12, 2025

This California Privacy Rights Supplement (“Supplement”) applies solely to individuals who reside in the State of California (“consumers” or “you”) and is provided pursuant to the California Consumer Privacy Act of 2018 as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act of 2020 (collectively, the “CCPA”).

This Supplement describes your rights under the CCPA and explains how you may exercise those rights. It also provides certain disclosures required under California law. This Supplement supplements the information contained in our general Privacy Policy and prevails over any conflicting provisions with respect to California residents.
