For the second time in two years, Genova Technologies has remodeled our facilities. Last year’s upgrade provided us with room for almost 20 additional engineers, and enlarged/upgraded our employee break room. The work we did this time wasn’t quite as in-depth, but it was well-received nonetheless. We reconfigured the layout of our cubes to allow better collaboration among our team members. Our engineers said that the previous call center design left room for improvement when it came time to work jointly on projects. We took the feedback to heart and modified the configuration of this work area to enhance teamwork among our scrum team members. This work was done because Genova Technologies places tremendous value on our employees, who are truly our greatest asset.
