Scott Stimart and many other concerned people from around the state gathered on the Capital Grounds in Des Moines on Saturday 10-14-17 to support the Take Steps for Crohns walk. This fund raising event supports research for Crohns and Colitis. The event was held in the pouring rain but the group made the best of it focusing on this worthy cause. Lightning caused the actual walk to be cancelled, but the fund raising events and fund drive announcements took place. The group overall raised over $30,000 to support research to end Crohns and Colitis.
